Autumn can be a busy time for homeowners. Gardens need attention and the leaves are piling up. We can help with all the chores around your property to get it ready for winter. Text us at (705) 745-8771 for help with:

• leaf raking and bagging and putting the bags at the curb for the City of Peterborough Green Waste pickup ($2.75 per bag and we supply the bags)
• clearing out your gardens of annual plants and trimming back your perennials (green waste bagged at curb with leaves)
• trimming of low hanging branches of trees and shrubs (green waste bagged at curb with leaves)
• branches/tree limbs/other junk that cannot be included in green waste collection taken to landfill ($30 per trip plus any landfill charge)

Winter brings all kinds of challenges to homeowners in Peterborough. When the snow in your driveway is too deep or wet to shovel, give us a text at (705) 745-8771. We would also be happy to help with:

• driveway snow blowing
• sidewalk, front steps, and front porch shoveling
• walking your friendly dog on the days you don’t want to (the dog goes whether he/she wants to or not :). We tell them it builds character.
• clearing fallen trees and branches after winter storm damage

Summer is our favorite time of the year but there is still lots of work to be done. Unless indicated otherwise, all services are $18.00 per hour. We can help with:

• spring cleanup of your lawn and garden (green waste bagged at the curb after the City starts collecting ($2.75 per bag and we supply the bags)
• when the snow disappears, your dog’s winter poop magically appears-we can make it disappear again
• digging of gardens and planting of your annuals when the time is right
• spreading owner supplied mulch (we can pick it up at the store if you want)
• lawn mowing and trimming around trees and flower beds
• pool vacuuming and chemical testing on a regular basis (we can pick up your supplies when needed)
• walking your friendly dog when you can’t
• fence repair if needed (sorry, we can’t take on a whole fence replacement job)
• property cleanups (dump runs) $30 per trip plus landfill charge

Our service is limited to general homeowner annoyances such as the ones in the list below this paragraph. We don’t do renovations or new builds, roofing, eavestroughing or vehicle repairs. We definitely won’t help you move furniture. That’s what high-schoolers are for. We can help you with:

• assembling of flat-pack items from IKEA or Home Depot or other supplier (we can pick up your purchase too if you like)
• putting up that nice new shed
• replacement of that leaky faucet (no, we won’t run new pipe anywhere-plumbers do that)
• hanging your new light fixture (no, we won’t run a new circuit anywhere-electricians do that)
• replacing the flat tire on your bicycle, mobility buggy or wheelbarrow
• occasional property security when you are away for a few days
